Customer Support

Telephonic Customer support is provided round the clock.
Onsite Customer support is provided between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm on weekdays only.
Support is limited to DSL related problems for a single CPE. Support for issues not related to MBL's DSL service, will be billed at Rs. 500/- per man hour, with a minimum charge of Rs. 500/- for each visit *
