Assistant HR Executive |
| Major responsibilities include HR database management, filing, assisting in implementing policies, compensation and benefits management and handling daily HR operations. Fresh graduates with MBA in HR are strongly encouraged to apply. Knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel is a must. Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant and energetic personality with ability to work in teams are strongly desired. |
Trainee Associate Engineer (3 year DAE) |
To handle installations and complaints of DSL and FTTU connections at customer premises which requires extensive movement in field. Minimum qualification for this job is DAE in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware or Telecommunication. Experience for this job is not mandatory however familiarity with computers is a must. |
Personal Assistant to CEO |
The job requires providing effective assistance to CEO in handling different tasks like official correspondence, attending guests and telephonic calls, arranging visits and meetings, record keeping, documentation etc in addition to handling his personal tasks as well. Proficiency in MS Office, typing speed of 30WPM in English, acceptable typing speed in Urdu and good writing skills both in English/Urdu are strongly required. Moreover candidate must have a very energetic personality with strong follow up skills in addition to abilities of multi tasking and meeting deadlines in a challenging environment. Candidates with minimum bachelors degree having minimum 2 years of related experience of secretarial services and office management are strongly encouraged to apply. Front Desk Executive |
The job requires extensive customer handling, attending guests and telephonic calls, assisting HR department in hiring and attendance management, preparing weekly and monthly reports, managing meeting rooms, record keeping and handling general administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Office, typing speed of 30WPM is required in addition to a very energetic personality and strong follow up skills. Minimum qualification of bachelors is required with related experience of 1-2 years. Maximum age for this position is 30 years. Company offers excellent remuneration along with other benefits like medical, provident fund, life insurance, performance based promotion and awards, leave encashment, annual bonus, annual raise etc. Maximum pay scale for this position is PKR 20,000 per month. |
Sales Executive (Indoor) |
To conduct indoor sales of DSL/Triple Play Services by handling incoming calls and walk-in customers. MBA/BBA/Masters or Bachelors in Engineering from a recognized university with related experience of 1 year in telecom and IT services in corporate sector is desired however fresh candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as well. Candidates with pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office is desired. Excellent coordination and reporting skills are essential. |
